Join Petra Mercier in this delicious summer cooking class and enjoy tasting all the delicious and seasonal dishes we will prepare.
I will be sharing my ideas and tips on how to eat locally and cook with the season’s bounty. The menu is perfect for hot summer days (brown rice stir fry, hummus, quinoa salad, mixed berry and almond cream parfait). Join me for what is sure to be a fun and informative culinary event.
All dishes are made from fresh, organic and local ingredients whenever possible and are friendly to those with food allergies (dairy, soy, gluten, peanuts and corn).
